The facility to check the property information in Odisha state known as the Bhulekh (bhu + abhilekh) which means a written record of land. The NIC Team (national informatics center) of state has been made the online portal http://bhulekh.ori.nic.in/ through which the landowners are able to get their ROR (records of right), complete khata khatian and plot information, online digital bhu-naksha (map), etc. The revenue department had uploaded all the data on the official portal.

The portal gives the ROR (rights of records) and other online land records information through the bhulekh.ori.nic.in page for three hundred ten (310) tehsil of Orissa state. Under the Orissa border, there are a total 317 tehsils and 2064 RIC comes for 30 total districts. On the website of Bhulekh Odisha, the plot and khatian information have given for a total of 51210 villages. In these, all villages citizens/farmers/landowners can get the ROR along with the computerized copy of their land nakal.

=> After visiting on the portal first download the Oria language font through which you can read all data on the website.
=> Select your district / village / tehsil. Inside section the login option also has given for the authorized person only.
=> Select the detail which you want to get as ROR view, general information, or maps along with download application forms.
=> After clicking on the relevant section you have to follow the steps as mentioned on the website for example mentioned below:
- To get the land details select ROR option
- Here you can get three other options to search
- With khatian number for which property
- With plot details to search with information
- Tenant information in the third option.
