The Accountant General (A&E) keeps the individual’s GPF accounts of the employees of the Kerala State.
The State Government has brought in the Provident Fund Scheme for the Kerala Part-Time Contingent Employees (KPTCE PF). The maintenance of the fund is hand over with the Accountant General(A&E).

By this website, the employees can track their queries, get the status of their query, GPF Annual Account Statements, Status of Pension Application, make grievance and also leave the suggestion etc. The services are given below:
AG Ker FILE TRACKING
The beneficiaries can track the receipt, any query and status made to the office of Accountant General including Closure/NRA applications, Payslips of Gazetted Officers and other general communications including complaints made to the Accountant General.

GPF ADMISSION:
The beneficiary can get the status of receipt and clearance of applications submitted to GPF, Kerala.
Procedure of GPF Admission Status:
o Name of Applicant (Ex. If name is Arvind Gupta, then enter Arv/ arv/ arvind/ Arvind Gupta)
o Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
o Date of Joining in Govt. Service (dd/mm/yyyy)
o Enter text of the image
o Click on ‘get details’

GPF ANNUAL ACCOUNT STATEMENTS:
The beneficiary can download their GPF Annual Account Statement itself easily. To avoid from the misuse of PIN no, the beneficiary should change the default personal Identification Number by replacing a PIN of their choice and must be save and keep it to the confidential.
Procedure to get GPF Annual Account Statement:
- Enter GPF Account No. with Dpt. Code No.
- Enter PIN No.
- Enter the text image
- Click on ‘Submit’

STATUS OF PENSION APPLICATIONS:
The applicant can get the status of Receipt and clearance of application for pension, including of review of Pension of Pensioners of Kerala State.
Procedure of Pension Application Status
The beneficiary can get to know the status by providing the Application Number and if doesn’t know the application number, click on ‘I do not know Application No.’ Here you have to provide Name and Date of Birth of the pensioner and click on Submit button

COMPLAINTS/SUGGESTIONS:
Any announcement or statement, which you think is important and need very much attention can be directly made to the website of the Office. Here, the applicant need to specify the statement in short and submitted in written. The applicant must have note down the number generated while submission of form for knowing the status of you mail in future.
