C – The page will send you on the below-given link to download the PDF file. You have to download and then need to take the printout for the filling process.
D – After that fill the application form with the applicant’s name, father’s name/husband’s name and with complete address also write your annual income in the below side and last write the date of filling form place tehsil office address and tehsildar sign.
You also don’t need to go far for the affidavit. While you are taking the form of a stamp vendor and affidavit preparation remain seated. They will take you 80 bucks and you will prepare the affidavit. Tell him you are taking the application form and then the 80 bucks you in the affidavit, including the application forms will be prepared.
